Delivery of promotional material for GoMedia Mexico 2010
If you are Canadian, you will need to have promotional material for the media ready by September 8. Please consider 60 media kits. You may send them to the CTC office before the event and we will give them to you on September 1st and 2nd at the event Hotel Lobby, directly, or at the registration desk at “GoMedia Mexico 2010”.
Please coordinate promotion material delivery considering:
- Please label and deliver boxes to “GoMedia México 2010”
- Make sure that the material is sent on a timely manner. We suggest delivery at least one month in advance in order to prevent delays. Deadline for material receipt at CTC office in Mexico is August 20, 2010.
- Send material via FEDEX or DHL courier services.
- Regular postal service may be a better and cheaper option, but it takes longer.
Please Remember:
- Boxes should not exceed 16kg each
- Label boxes as “no commercial value” “sin valor comercial”
- Declare commercial value not exceeding $3 USD
- Make sure that delivery costs cover the whole service, this is, so that no additional charges are applicable upon receipt of boxes in Mexico.
Note: CTC shall not be responsible for untimely deliveries and shall not be responsible for any delivery costs
- DO NOT deliver material to the hotel where you will be staying
- This material will be available to you on September 1st and 2nd at the event Hotel Lobby, directly, or at the registration desk at “GoMedia Mexico 2010”.
